Paul Polman, Unilever CEO, told delegates at the One Young World Summit in Zurich that young people need to be "at the table" to tackle challenges such as climate change because they can bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to bear in addressing them. In his address, Polman talks about his fear that today's leaders will succumb to the pressure of satisfying short-term economic gains over doing the right thing for the long-term.
