What studies/sources are being used to determine peaks in physical strength/fitness? This is what I am especially curious about. However, claiming to have identified peaks in incredibly difficult and subjective areas such as creativity and wisdom leads me to question the validity of the other claims being made.
Will, the study is based on a survey of 7,213 people in 19 countries, conducted by Havas Worldwide. It was attitudinal, so those particular stats you’re referring to are subjective: Those are the ages at which the respondents believe men and women hit their mental/physical/sexual, etc. peaks.
