		<description>I love the idea of being a bad girl but I don;t think this gels in the context of India, where women are pretty much expected to do their jobs without too much fuss because we get paid for it. Men get paid too..but often they &#039;flash&#039; for their salaries and that&#039;s considered part of the game for them. I still believe that : &#039;Aggressive men are considered ambitious but aggressive women are considered bitches.&#039;  And as long as men overwhelm the corporate world with their sheer numbers, (if not the quality of their work), they will continue to make rules which support their work style, work ethics and work jokes and games. All this, while not always delivering top-notch work.</description>
